PVO Electric Field Detector (OEFD) Data Bundle - Errata

These data were originally archived in the folliwng PDS3 Data Sets:                            
PVO-V-OEFD-3--EFIELD-HIRES-V1.0 (https://doi.org/10.17189/1519807)                             
This data set was originally archived under PDS3 in PV01_0001 to PV01_0068.                    
PVO-V-OEFD-4--EFIELD-24SEC-V1.0 (https://doi.org/10.17189/1519808)                             
This data set was originally archived under PDS3 in PV01_0001 to PV01_0068                     
                                                                                               
During the migration from PDS3 to PDS4 the following issues were found and corrected in the    
PDS4 metadata.

Errors were found when validating PVO Electric Field Detector Data.                            
                                                                                               
data-highres-bin had file PVO_OEFD_HIGHRES_4589.FFD that was truncated, possibly               
corrupted. The file was removed from this bundle, but it can still be found in the PDS3        
data set PVO-V-OEFD-3--EFIELD-HIRES-V1.0.                                                      
                                                                                               
data-24s-bin had high resolution data instead of 24 second averaged data in                    
folder ORB_0800.  The correct data was included and the incorrect data removed.
