Cassini Magnetometer Calibrated Bundle Cassini MAG Calibrated Full Res. Data in GSE Coords. Collection Description START_TIME = 1999-08-13T16:41:40.307 STOP_TIME = 1999-08-25T07:46:28.699 PRODUCER_FULL_NAME = JOSEPH N. MAFI Collection Overview =================== Cassini FGM magnetic-field data in the highest time resolution available for 1999-08-13 to 1999-08-25 in GSE coordinates. GSE coordinates consist of X (Earth to Sun), Y (completes the right handed set), and Z (perpendicular to the ecliptic plane). These MAG data were processed (calibrated, and rotated into GSE coordinates) by the Cassini MAG team at Imperial College. They were acquired by the PDS PPI node at UCLA where they were converted from binary to ASCII, and the B-field magnitude, and position data removed. This version of the data product contains corrections to errors in the magnetic-field which were present in version 2 of this product. Note that some of the data files from this collection contain timing errors. References ========== Asmar, S.W., and N.A.
